A Model Is Nothing, Modeling Is Everything
As the first and most important step, part as well as mold designing was carried out by our most experienced engineers. A typical product will pass 3 designing phases:
- Part Design: customer's idea is modeled into 3-dimensional
models on computer.
- Part Analysis: part's physical properties and assembly will be
simulated using the most modern software. Mold making and injection
department also participate in this phase to ensure that part is designed for
easy molding and production.
- Mold Design and Simulation: after customer's approval, part's
tooling will be designed using Computer-Aided-Manufacturing (CAM)
software.
