Who we are
Lap Phuc is a family-owned operation that started in the early 1990s. Mom and Dad are the board; three sons run the business day to day — design, production, and strategy.
What began as a small workshop in District 10 has grown into a 10,000 m² site in District 7 — with over 20,000 m² (215,000+ sq ft) of factory floor space across its multi-story buildings. Today, 250+ employees work across mold design, CNC machining, EDM, heat treatment, metrology, injection molding, and assembly.
For over 20 years we’ve served global markets with a deep focus on North America. Our clients stay — the average partnership spans well over a decade. That trust isn’t built on price. It’s built on precision, reliability, and showing up every single day.

Formally established as a mold-making and injection molding company in District 10.
Relocated to District 7 on an expanded 10,000 m² property to accommodate growth.
Major European machinery investments. Shifted focus from molding to precision mold-making for Vietnamese, FDI, and export markets.
Invested in Swiss 5-axis machining technology, unlocking complex-geometry capabilities.
Earned “Science and Technology Business” and “High-Tech Company” certifications from Vietnam’s government.
Completed C Block — six floors, four of them factory floors, 700 m² each.
Accumulated over $10M USD in European machinery and technology investments.
Campus expansion completed with D Block — an 11-floor building, eight of them factory floors, 1,200 m² each.
