Our proprietary ERP system utilizes barcodes on drawings as well as RFID tags on workpieces and employees' badges, ensuring all processes are tracked and recorded. ​

Closed-loop Production Line


Molds' material is imported directly from steel mills with certificate of origin from Chamber of Commerce: Bohler - Austria; DEW - Germany; Hitachi, Daido and Nippon - Japan.

With in-house heat treatment system, mold's quality and confidentiality is ensured.

Precision is the offspring of reliability and repeatability. Our state-of-the-art calibration program is the most critical measure amongst the several others that we employ throughout our processes to assure the quality level committed. In addition, all of our material comes with certificate of origin and is color coded.
